Our Communities
Building Communities. Creating Neighbors.
Community is the difference between strangers and neighbors. That’s why CCPM offers a variety of manufactured home communities, from 55+ to all ages, bringing neighbors together through local events – so you can settle in a community that’s right for you.
What Collective Communities Residents Are Saying
Being part of this neighborhood has been a great experience so far! When we initially reached out to Collective Communities about finding our first home, we felt that they put us first and did everything they could to help us with this big change. They has made everything so easy and were very quick to get things done. I really appreciate how much they do to ensure the neighborhood looks clean and presentable. I would recommend working with Collective Communities to anybody, especially those looking for their first home.
I have lived in apartments, residential neighborhoods, and homeowner associations and I have experienced mostly friendly neighbors. I learned about Lavender Meadows in November of 2020 when I was living in Everett, WA. I was looking to move out of the city and relocate to Sequim, not only because I is near family, but I have always enjoyed the beauty, friendly people, and quiet nights. During the year and a half before my move, I worked closely with all of the ECM employees and more recently with the Collective Communities managers. They have all been wonderful people to work with, so very kind and considerate, and it is clear to me that their vision for Lavender Meadows far exceeds any community I have ever lived in. They truly want to give the residents the best experience possible, and it has been fun collaborating on how the clubhouse will be a central location for the residents to meet for social events. I Love the beautiful views of the Olympics; close to town yet quiet; and nearly 3 miles of streets to walk, without having to be on a busy street. I look forward to meeting new people here. I feel very fortunate to be able to live here.
I’d been living at Diamond Valley MHC for just over two years in 2018, when then the wonderful folks of Collective Communities came in person, to introduce themselves as the new owners of our community. My first impression was that they were very professional, but friendly, not cold and distant like many other RE investors. They openly shared ambitious plans for improvements that promised to beautify our community, improve our quality of life, and significantly increase our home values. They made it clear what was expected of us as residents, and the responsible stewardship we could expect in return. More than one tall order, but Collective Communities delivered on all promises!
The reason I like living here is I can go for walks, and I feel safe here. I go to the lake watch birds, ducks and boats. I’ve made a lot of friends here and people are friendly. My lot is easy to take care of and when I go on vacation my neighbor takes care of it for me. I have fun here!
